About Graswald AI
Graswald AI is building the AI operating system for fashion brands and retailers. In the past year, we’ve signed 50 enterprise fashion clients who use our AI to collapse creative timelines and slash production costs. We are backed by top-tier VCs and strategic investors like Lakestar and Orendt Studios and are scaling toward our Series A later this year.We aren't just selling software; we are redefining how the world’s most iconic brands create visual content.
The Role
We are looking for a growth-minded Marketing Lead to build the engine that drives our next phase of expansion. This is a "full-stack" B2B role: you will own the strategy and execution of our multi-channel demand generation, balancing high-end brand aesthetics with disciplined, data-driven performance. You won't just be managing a budget; you’ll be defining where Graswald AI shows up in the world, targeting senior leaders (CDOs, Heads of eCommerce) at global fashion brands & retailers. You'll have the autonomy of an owner and the resources to build a world-class marketing function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Omnichannel Demand Gen: Design and execute a "Brand-Performance" strategy across LinkedIn, Search, Webinars, and targeted events to build a high-intent pipeline.
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Beyond just "clicks," you will optimize the entire journey—from the first touchpoint on social to sales-ready lead conversion and email nurture.
- Creative Strategy & Narrative: Collaborate with the creative, content and product team to translate our technical AI capabilities into a premium, fashion-forward narrative that resonates with executive buyers.
- Sales Enablement & Feedback Loop: Partner closely with our Sales team to build a tight feedback loop, ensuring marketing efforts align with high-value account targets and revenue goals.
- Marketing Operations: Own the stack (CRM, Tracking, Attribution). You’ll ensure we have the data to know what’s working and the agility to pivot when it’s not.
- Testing & Scaling: Manage a growing six-figure budget, balancing proven channels with aggressive experimentation in "Dark Social," community, and content partnerships.
